Our beautiful, recently refurbished cottage sits in an idyllic position down a country lane but only a mile from the N2

Darley has a stunning large living area
 
There are 2 huge leather sofas ready for you to enjoy the traditional open fire with wood burner... don’t panic, we’ll show you how it works and provide you with logs from our own trees.
 
 
 
The room is very light and airy, with double French doors leading to the garden and large roof lights which allow the sun to flood in.
 
This room has  a large dining table that seats 8 and is used for breakfast.
 
There is also a 42 inch flat screen satellite TV and DVD player for your entertainment!
 
 
 

Kitchen

 
A beautiful and fully equipped cottage style kitchen is a big bonus at Darley
 
There is a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge, oven and microwave
 
The original stone wall enhances the olde world charm of rustic beams and fireplace
 
There is a very large utility room and toilet off the kitchen
There is also a table and chairs which would be ideal for a glass of wine and game of cards!
 
Our very large utility area houses a washing machine and tumble dryer and there is a toilet and washroom off this.

All 3 bedrooms come with En-Suite and flat screen tv's with satalite reception and are decororated to a very high standard 
 
 
Darley Cottage can be used both as a traditional bed and breakfast or as a fully equipped self catering unit 
On a B&B basis, Full Irish Breakfast with locally-sourced produce is served in the large dining area.
 
If you choose to rent our cottage on a self catering basis then you can relax and dine at  your leisure, we will have ensured everything for a great breakfast is awaiting your arrival in the fridge.
 
 

Directions .. 

 

From Dublin

 
Take the M1 towards Belfast.
Exit at junction 14 , signposted Ardee and Derry.
Follow the N2 past Ardee towards Carrickmacross.
Pass Dooleys Pub and  Restaurant on the left handside.
3Kms later take the Lane to your left, signposted Drumboory.
Follow lane for 1 mile and turn right at the ‘Y’ junction.
Darley Cottage is 400m further on the left
 
 

From Belfast

 
Take the M1 and A1 towards Dublin
After bypassing Newry and Dundalk turn of at junction 16 and folow the N52 towards Mullingar.
Follow for 10kms until roundabout and head towards Derry on the N2.
Pass Dooleys Pub and  Restaurant on the left handside.
3KMs later take the Lane to your left, signposted Drumboory.
Follow lane for 1 mile and turn right at the ‘Y’ junction
Darley Cottage is 400m further on the left
